Purpose of data and legal bases for processing

Bellyprint uses your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Contact: Your data will be collected if you contact Bellyprint via the contact form on the website. This form only asks for the necessary information such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number to be able to offer a proposal or service.

This scan is stored in both the cloud and hard drive and is sent to our supplier to print your figurine. In addition, we use your address details to be able to send the figurines. The scan data will not be used in any other way, unless you give us permission to do so.
  3. For the technical and functional management of the website. The Bellyprint website collects your data to improve the website. This includes information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit a lot.

Some of this data is necessary for the execution of the agreement with you or we are obliged to process it on the basis of the law. Other data is only used with your permission or for our legitimate interest (such as improving the products and/or the website).
